Photos by Orin Palmer - June 1998
These photos were shot by Orin Palmer on a trip in June of 1998 to the Owens Valley. There are
over 230 images that range from details on a locomotive to broad landscape vistas. The photos
have been reduced by 50% to keep download times somewhat reasonable but there still is a lot here.
The names of the files have been kept as Orin sent them to me in case someone needs a larger version.
A couple of the images have been mislabled (I added an 'x' to the end of the name) but by and large
the names give you an idea of what the image is. I also have modified some of the images to show
more of the details in the shadow areas which I felt was the subject of the photo.
Please note that
all of these images are Copyright 1999, Orin Palmer, and are shown here with permission. Any use
other than for personal reference must be obtained from Orin.
